SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We currently ship out products using United States Postal Service (USPS) for all 50 states.

Regular USPS orders arrive within 3-5 business days after your payment has been received.

All orders can be tracked through www.usps.com within 24-48 hours. A shipping confirmation has been sent to you via email.

Orders usually ship within 24-hours of purchase.

WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE TO SHIP OUT PRODUCTS?

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES?

YES! Thirsty Roots ships to APO/FPO addresses around the world. Please CONTACT US and we will place your order manually.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. We do not ship internationally at this time.

REGARDING ORDERS

DO I GET AN EMAIL AFTER I ORDER?

YES. Minutes after your completed order and payment you should receive an email confirmation. If you DO NOT receive an email the likely issue is that we have an incorrect email address. This is the most common reason for lack of an email.

Don’t fret as you can contact us by clicking this link and we’ll be happy to fix the problem.

NOTE: Be sure to check your SPAM BOX to make sure our email confirmation was not automatically filtered from your inbox.

AM I REQUIRED TO HAVE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

NO. Having a customer account is optional. You can purchase products as a guest. By opening an account it helps you to make future purchases faster.

NOTE: Having an account allows you to check your order history and edit shipment addresses.

HOW DO I CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?

You can create one by clicking this link here or by using the option at checkout once you have placed an order. You will be prompted to create a password and your shipping address will be saved.

HOW DO I GET MY FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?

If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click “Forgot Password”.  It appears right under the login box.  You will be sent an email containing that information.

Customer accounts are completely automated.  We do not have access to your password and therefore can not assist you in recovery.

CAN YOUR APRICOT CASTOR OIL BE INGESTED?

No. It is for external use only.

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLE SIZES OR PROMOTIONAL PACKAGES?

Currently, Thirsty Roots does not offer sample sizes or product packages for our Apricot Castor Oil. We look forward to offering promo items in the near future.

CAN I USE APRICOT CASTOR OIL ON MY CHILD?

Our Apricot Castor Oil can be used on all hair textures. The oil contains the following: Castor Oil, Apricot Oil and Fragrance.

NOTE: People can be allergic to anything. We recommend that you patch test the first time you use Apricot Castor Oil. (USE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION)

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

We do not test our Apricot Castor Oil on animals.

Yes. We have added a light custom smell to our Apricot Castor Oil.
